Is there a trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial with all the features, except and email custom domain. After the
trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan. Please get in touch with us if you want to
extend your trial.
What happens if I exceed the API credits limit?
For embeds, occasional overages are acceptable. However, if you exceed the limit for two
consecutive months, we'll temporarily disable embeds until the next month begins or you
upgrade your plan. For newsletter emails, you must upgrade your plan before sending any issue
that would exceed your current limit.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which technically
works as a reseller of the product.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all subscriptions are self-managed. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription
at any time in a few clicks. No questions asked. We do not offer refunds for the remaining
period, except for unintentional auto-renewals.
Are requests from bots counted towards credits?
No, we do not count requests from bots towards credits to ensure fairness. Here is the list of
bots we block: Googlebot, Bingbot, YandexBot, Baiduspider, OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot,
ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User.
